The other day someone asked me what sort of amenities a Salt Lake City apartment MUST have in order to be worth considering.
So, I broke it down for them and wanted to share the same information with you.
Salt Lake City apartment must-have amenities:

- On-site maintenance
- High-speed Internet available
- Disability access
- Central heating & air conditioning
- Good location
It’s a pretty short list. For fun, I put together a giant list of all the amenities I’d like to have in the PERFECT apartment. These are in addition to those listed above:
