As a follow up to my article on Salt Lake City apartments I found this and wanted to link to it.
Gardiner Properties Inc., Salt Lake City, will break ground in late spring or early summer for a 70-unit apartment community in the Sugar House neighborhod of Salt Lake City called Sugar House Apartments according to https://www.slenterprise.com.
The new apartments will consist of two buildings. One-bedroom units will be between 692 and about 780 square feet, some with dens, and rent for roughly $900 to $950 per month.. Two-bedroom units will about 1,000 square feet and rent for around $1,200. The project will consist of 59 percent one bedroom units, 30 percent two bedroom and 11 percent one bedroom plus den.
Apartments will include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tile in the kitchen and bath and stackable washers and dryers.
Most of the housing in Sugar House was built in the ’60s and ’70s, so modern rental housing is a really needed.
